The day featured festive entertainment, including a special appearance from Telemundo! Lemonade Yakult

Lemonade Yakult

Ingredients
  • 8 oz lemonade
  • 2 Yakult bottles
  • Lemon slices as garnish (optional)
Directions
  • Prepare lemon slices by washing lemon and slicing them.
  • In a serving glass, add in ice cubes, lemonade and Yakult.
  • Add lemon slices as garnish.
  • Mix and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • Ben’s Original Spanish Style or Whole Grain Brown Ready Rice
  • Ole EL Paso Taco Seasoning
  • Ole EL Paso Taco Shells
  • Desert Pepper Mild or Hot Salsa
  • Signature Select Pinto Beans
Directions
  • Cook Ben’s Original rice in microwave according to package.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, add one can of drained pinto beans and 1/3 cup of water.
  • Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Old El Paso taco seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  • Combine with cooked rice.
  • Top with Desert Pepper Salsa.
  • Break taco shells and use to scoop beans and rice.
